Outpatient Treatment
We offer PHP, IOP, Outpatient Medical Detox and more. Diablo Valley Drug and Alcohol Services is an outpatient program that offers a variety of treatment tracks and services so that clients can maintain their daily routines and family and work obligations while still receiving vital care in treating drug and alcohol addiction. More often than not, patients are unable to leave their homes, families, and jobs to attend inpatient treatment programs for extended periods of time. We believe that clients should have the ability to recover in an environment that allows them to stay connected to their daily lives and stable social support networks, if getting treatment while staying integrated within these networks offers the best, or only, chance of a recovery. That’s why our treatment programs, which range from expert medical outpatient detox (withdrawal management), Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization) programs to long-term aftercare support, are offered on an outpatient basis.
Drug and alcohol use disorders rob human beings of the ability to participate in their own lives. Dependence on a substance can lead to unemployment and financial ruin along with emotional distress, physical illness, and a breakdown of important social, familial, and other improtant relationships. We believe in offering our patients the opportunity to heal in all of these areas of life while getting comprehensive care for substance use disorders. Each of our programs is designed to meet individuals exactly where they are at the moment they decide to get better, and to assist them in rebuilding all of the elements of a fulfilling and healthy life.
